A few simple policies so every order goes smoothly. Have a question that isn't covered here? Just message us — we're happy to help.
We require a 50% deposit before we start, since materials are bought per order. We accept Venmo and PayPal. Final payment (the remaining balance) is due before your order ships or is picked up.
Local pickup is always free. If you'd like your order shipped, the customer covers all shipping costs, including the shipping label and boxes/packaging. We'll add shipping to your final total and let you know the amount before your order goes out.
Because everything is personalized, we'll always send a digital proof showing spelling, names, colors, and placement. We need a written "yes, go ahead" before we make anything. Once a proof is approved, any mistakes within it are the customer's responsibility — so please look it over carefully!
Since every piece is made just for you, custom orders are final sale and can't be returned or refunded. We'll gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or made incorrectly on our end.
Most orders are ready about 1–2 weeks after your proof is approved. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush option and we'll do our best to help.
Need to change or cancel? Let us know before we order materials or begin production. After that, deposits are non-refundable because supplies are already purchased.
Screen colors may vary slightly from the finished product. We'll help you pick the right sizes, and we include simple care instructions (wash inside-out in cold water, hang or lay flat to dry) so your design lasts.
We love original, personal designs! We're unable to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked artwork (brand logos, sports teams, characters, etc.) and may decline any order we're not comfortable making.
We can create items featuring a logo only when we have the right to use it — either your own written permission for a local business, school, church, band, or team logo, or officially licensed designs. We can't reproduce protected brands, characters, or sports artwork without proper licensing. Not sure if your design qualifies? Just ask and we'll help you figure it out.
Happy to take big orders for teams, events, and businesses! Larger quantities may qualify for bulk pricing, and some items have a small minimum order. Message us with your quantity and we'll put together a quote. Please note we're a very small business, so please give us time — two weeks preferably.
